Glenn is the CEO and founder of the Advance Group. He has over 25 years’ experience in the facilities, hard services, projects and drainage sectors. Glenn promotes talent from all levels within the business to create a strong team within a positive work environment. The team as whole is the driving force and back bone of the company. Glenn is also a strong believer of providing support and guidance to individuals on Apprenticeship Schemes within the business, helping and guiding them to complete their qualifications and over time providing them with the opportunity of career development.

Stephen Hurndall

Stephen started his career in the building environment sector just over 30 years ago, learning the trade within a busy national drainage company. After developing and enhancing his knowledge, Stephen then moved into a civils position and then finally a building maintenance career. In the last 10 years there have been lots of changes and challenges, which has helped the Advance Group grow from a standing start to where they are now. The company has grown to become a highly respected and trusted go to contractor by some of the biggest blue-chip clients.

Andy joined us during the COVID 19 global pandemic and has been a great addition to our management team. Andy has exceeded our growth expectations and in doing so more than trebled the turnover of this division. With a background in architecture, Andy has spent the last 15 years in the commercial refurbishment world helping a number of high street brands complete various refurbishment programs.

Paul Whay

Group Sales Director

Paul has 35 years of experience within the service sector, having worked in Europe for 12 of those years. Paul has been responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with many high profile clients in Europe, such as Euro Disney (France), Burger King (Netherlands) and the Compass Group (UK), to name just a couple. The main drive for the Business Development and Key Account Managers in Pauls division is building and enhancing client relationships, ensuring that the service being delivered is to the highest level.
